About Briana
Hi, I’m Briana.
I have worked with children and families for ten years in various capacities.
Working with children and families in different avenues has helped grow my competency in understanding attachment styles, the effects of trauma, neurodiversity and child development.
I love building relationships and being able to be creative and flexible with each person to provide a service that works for them. I enjoy learning each child and caregivers' perspectives and cultures to better support their needs through different approaches and theories. I believe that not one way of therapy fits all.
I enjoy using a strength-based approach, emotional-focused therapy and play-based therapy when working with children and families. This allows me to build off people's own strengths and help them to see the best in their own abilities.
