My Approach

polyvagal-informed
focus on connection and regulation
collaborative
neurodiverse affirming

I believe creative expression is a powerful avenue for self discovery, healing and insight.

You do NOT need to be an artist to participate in expressive art therapy. Expressive art therapy is about taking the time to tell our stories in new ways- through movement, colours, story-telling and other art forms.

It is my goal to create a safe and supportive space for you or your child to grow, heal and express oneself.
